WHAT ARTISTS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE" 2010 LILITH TOUR"
LORETTA LYNN
"I'm happy they wanted me on this Lilith tour. I have never done shows just with other girl singers before. When I first started out, they said girl singers couldn't sell records or concert tickets. We've come a long way since then and we're gonna have a big time out there!"
ANN AND NANCY WILSON OF HEART
"We are thrilled that Lilith 2010 is in our future...to be a part of all that depth and power will be beyond exciting! This is stunning intent for women of the new decade."
MISSY HIGGINS
"Lilith Fair was always one of those things that I wish I'd been a cool enough kid to know about and go to! But even if I had known about it then, I would've been on the other side of the world here in Australia. I've always secretly hoped they'd bring it back so that I could beg to be a part of it! Needless to say I'm really excited to have been asked, especially as this is the first Lilith to be taken to the new generation."
DAUGHTRY'S ARENA TOUR ROLLS ON IN 2010
Following the success of its nationally televised New Year's Eve performance in Times Square, the second leg of Daughtry's U.S. arena tour kicks off March 18 in Baltimore, MD. and will continue through summer.
For the upcoming shows, singer Chris Daughtry, bassist Josh Paul, drummer Joey Barnes, and guitarists Brian Craddock and Josh Steely will be joined by special guest Lifehouse and opening band Cavo.
Daughtry launched its first-ever arena tour last fall, making stops all over the American heartland before taking a break in late December. The group is currently on tour in the U.K. and Europe.
As the band prepares for another round of headlining U.S. arenas, Chris Daughtry says the excitement has not worn off. "Growing up, you dream about singing one of your songs in front of a packed house," he says. "I still get chills when we're playing and I hear the crowd singing louder than we are."
The tour announcement comes as Daughtry's latest single "Life after You," continues to perform well on the charts. The song is the second from the group's sophomore album "Leave This Town," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last summer. The album's first single, "No Surprise," became the band's fourth #1 hit and the band's third single is scheduled to be released this spring.
Daughtry fans registered to receive the www.daughtryofficial.com email newsletter will have access to exclusive passwords with which to pre-order tickets for upcoming shows. Every effort will be made to ensure that Daughtry fans who pre-order tickets will receive the best seats in the house. Tickets are on sale now for the March 18 through April 24 shows. The remaining dates will go on sale starting Feb. 6.

BARRY MANILOW DOES IT AGAIN
Barry Manilow made magic happen once again as his latest CD" The Greatest Love Songs Of All Time" entered the Billboard Top 200 at No. 5. "The Greatest Love Songs of All Time" is Manilow's 36th charting album, his 8th Top 5 album, and his 5th Top 5 debut in the last 10 years.
Check out N2Entertainment.net's review of Manilow's new release on "In The Groove."
On "The Greatest Love Songs of All Time," co- produced by Manilow, Clive Davis, and Michael Lloyd ("Somewhere in Time" and "Dirty Dancing"), Manilow presents loving interpretations and arrangements of classic love songs for the Manilow and music fan alike. The album selections include American standards, as well as songs from the "Great White Way" and silver screen including Irving Berlin's "How Deep Is The Ocean?," and George Gershwin's "Love is Here To Stay." Other beloved hits include: "You Made Me Love You," "I've Got A Crush On You," "I Can't Give You Anything But Love," "The Theme From Love Story (Where Do I Begin)," "Nevertheless (I'm In Love With You)," and "It Could Happen To You." The album also features great renditions of "The Look of Love," "We've Only Just Begun," "The Twelfth of Never," and an emotional reading of "When You Were Sweet Sixteen."
Clive Davis has been a perennial collaborator with Barry Manilow on virtually all his recordings, since they first worked together on "Mandy," Manilow's debut #1 single as the first artist signed to Arista by Davis in 1974, the first year of the label's existence.
With worldwide record sales exceeding 80 million, Barry Manilow is ranked as the top Adult Contemporary chart artist of all time, according to R&R (Radio & Records); with no less than 25 consecutive top 40 hits to his credit between 1975 and 1983, on the Billboard Hot 100. Manilow has worked on over 40 albums over the course of his career as a singer, songwriter, arranger and producer.
